A beginner friendly class that emphasizes mind/body connection through focused movement, precision and control. Whether you’re new to Pilates, returning to movement, or experienced and looking for a gentler session this class is for you. Enjoy a great workout while fostering familiarity with Reformer exercises. Modifications and challenges will be provided making each session beneficial for all levels.
