Series: Mom & Baby (Postnatal) - Reformer

A 5-week Reformer series for new mothers. Reconnect with your core as you build awareness of your “new” post-baby body while you strengthen through mindful movement. Little ones not yet mobile welcome. Open to all mothers 6 weeks postpartum with medical clearance. Mat and Reformer options offered.

Please note, for Reformer classes your little one must be comfortably secured in a stroller or car seat while you are participating in class.
