A Pilates class specifically designed for expectant moms! Stay strong through your pregnancy as you explore movement in your evolving body, and learn exercises that will help you feel good and reconnect with your “new” body post-baby. Classes explore Mat and Reformer exercises and are designed to be accessible through every stage of pregnancy.
